What is JobCrypt?
JobCrypt is the first fully decentralized job board hosted on the Optimism network. We use the blockchain and decentralized storage to serve permissionless job listings on the decentralised Web. Our service enables applicants to apply using the power of the blockchain enabling them to verifiably reach out to employers and enabling employers to accurately engage real applicants through decentralised ledger technology.

Our History
JobCrypt was formed in 2021 at the Browsers 3000 Hackathon. We were formed with the idea of enabling Web3 professionals to source talent and to find projects using native Web 3 blockchain and decentralised file storage technologies by our team from Block Star Logic based in Liverpool, UK. Our goal is to create the best Web3 recruitment experience available.
